1. Business Identity

THORLACKSSON, INC DBA The Real Tax Guy - We prepare taxes for customers locally and nationwide and consult on business and tax strategy. By using our services and providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from us as described in these terms. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including our website and our SMS and email communications programs. By using our services or opting into our communications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. SMS Program Description

The Real Tax Guy may send SMS messages to users who opt in. Messages may include promotional offers, service updates, appointment confirmations, and appointment reminders. Message frequency may vary.

3. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your phone number and checking the appropriate consent boxes on our opt-in form, you authorize The Real Tax Guy to send text messages to your mobile number. Users explicitly check separate, unchecked consent boxes to agree to receive marketing and/or non-marketing text messages. Only after submitting the opt-in form are users directed to schedule an appointment. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not use purchased or rented lead lists.

4. Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to any message from us. After you send the SMS message "STOP", we will send you a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin after opting out, you can opt in again using the same method you used to enroll originally.

6. Message Frequency and Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary based on appointment activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
